How I went from 85 kg to 54 kg in just 2 months

Hello everyone! Everyone noticed that I lost a lot of weight recently and started bombarding me with questions. I've tried my best to respond to everyone and support each of you, but I can't do it, because with so many messages to respond to, I would have to live online day and night.
